Pics Products Instructions

Using the Pics Template

You will need to remove the template that came with your Pics product. We suggest you keep the template in a safe place as this is your measuring template. All photos and artwork need to be cut to the exact shape of this template to fit correctly into the mug or bottle. For added strength and durability, you can laminate your photo or artwork.

There are several ways to display photos and artwork in Pics Products

Add your photo in seconds!

  • One easy way is to start with an 8" X 10" photo and and place the template over the photo. The template is smaller than the photo so you will need to decide which part of the photo you would like to use. Place the template over the photo and then cut the photo to the exact shape of the template. Then use the Inserting and Removing Instructions.
  • Another way is to cut a piece of paper (black, colored, patterned etc.) into the shape of the template and then glue the photo onto the paper. Use your imagination as you can add words, poems, birthday wishes etc. onto the paper. Then use the Inserting and Removing Instructions.

Important: Be sure to place the clear plastic template on top of you photo, artwork, or fabric before inserting it into the mug. The clear plastic template will protect your valuable insert and it will keep the picture chamber moisture free.

Artwork

Cut the artwork paper into the shape of the template. Use the Inserting and Removing Instructions.

Inserting and Removing your Photos and Artwork

  1. Unscrew the bottom of the cup with counter clockwise turns.
  2. Remove the existing paper template inside the cup. Grasp just one corner of the paper and pull it up.
  3. Turn your photo/ artwork upside down and roll the photo/artwork into a tapered cylinder. We suggest starting with a cylinder that is about 2 inches in diameter on the bottom and 1 inch on the top. Hold the cylinder with one hand.
  4. Place the tapered cylinder into the bottom of the cup and gently loosen your grasp, which opens the cylinder, while you push the cylinder into the plastic sleeve. The paper cylinder should fit all the way into the cup without any paper sticking out of the cup.
  5. Replace the bottom of the cup and twist it clockwise.

You can change the photo or artwork as often as you like. Please remember to grasp just one corner of the paper and pull it up as it will then be easy to remove.

We wish you many hours of happiness from both creating and drinking out of your Picture Mug.
